Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson is dedicated to supporting authentic leadership development on a global scale. With over 20 years of professional experience across various industries, she is the founder of the ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute. Here, she teaches, coaches, and consults with visionary leaders on how to implement systemic and lasting positive change, beginning with personal transformation.
Clara teaches Authentic Leadership, Leadership Coaching Strategies, and Executive Leadership Coaching, and serves as an executive coach in our Women Leaders programs at Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development.
As a keynote speaker, Clara frequently travels to discuss topics related to her books, Create Your Best Year One Day at a Time and Ask for What You Want, which encapsulate her leadership development philosophy of clarity, courage, and conviction.
Clara is a graduate of Lesley University, where she earned a self-designed degree in Life & Business Management. She holds certifications as a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Consultant, Resiliency Trainer, and is certified in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) modality. Additionally, she has obtained certifications in Life, Business, and Master Coaching from the Strategic Learning Alliance.
Clara regularly travels with her family around the world and to her home country, the Dominican Republic, where she leads leadership and wellness retreats for leaders.
Chris Anderson

Christopher Anderson is a certified yoga instructor, who has been practicing yoga for over 25 years.
Originally from beautiful Jamaica, he started practicing Ashtanga Yoga in his teens, Power Yoga.
As a former athlete he created his unique blend of athletic vinyasa flows: a practice that incorporates breath work and movement that support your embodiment as a leader.
Each asana, each breath, is an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, to quiet the chatter of the mind and tune into the rhythms of the body. In the stillness, you find a profound sense of grounding, a reminder that you are part of something much larger.
His philosophy is grounded in awakening our natural ability to flow through modern life stresses through mindfulness practices and increased awareness.
Chris has a proclaimed green thumb, which he attributes to giving living organism the basics, of food, water and light!A devoted father and husband, he regularly practices yoga with his 3 year old son.He lives in the suburbs of Massachusetts with his wife, Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson and their two children.
