Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson is an international keynote speaker, bestselling author, executive coach and Authentic Leadership instructor at Harvard University Division of Executive Education.
This year Clara was recognized as a COLOR Magazine’s Most Influential Women’s Powerlist and an ALX100 honoree by Amplify Latinx, recognizing Clara as a Latine leader who has demonstrated excellence and made significant contributions in her industry and communities.Â
 With over 20 years of professional leadership experience across various industries, she is the founder of the ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute, where she teaches, coaches, and consults with leaders across the globe, implementing systemic and lasting positive change, personally and professionally.
